AssetWorks to deliver compliance education under Driving for Better Business tie-up

AssetWorks is to support fleets with compliance, safety and legislation advice under a new partnership with Driving for Better Business.

AssetWorks has signed up as a delivery partner for Driving for Better Business

The fleet management software provider has signed up as a delivery partner for DfBB, which is a government-backed National Highways programme to help both private and public sector employers reduce work-related road risk. The scheme can help companies improve driver safety and wellbeing, and ensure that their driving for work policies is compliant – typically leading to significant business benefits.

As a Delivery Partner, AssetWorks will share its expertise via resources and thought leadership to help promote the shared values of the partnership – supporting fleets.

Mike Gadd, managing director of AssetWorks UK, said: “AssetWorks already helps fleets become compliant and safe without compromising on their efficiency so this felt like a natural partnership. We want to continue to support and educate our customers with the best resources on the market.”

The partnership will see advice shared through their customer base via blogs, social media, newsletters, and other educational resources for fleets.

Gadd added: “Customers come to us to become operationally efficient in a safe, cost-effective, and sustainable way through best practices and five-star customer service. This partnership will elevate our customers’ knowledge and promote safer roads throughout the UK. We believe every fleet should be equipped with not only the best software but the best resources. Our services don’t stop once you purchase the software, we are in it for the long haul. The journey continues with training and support.”

Anne-Marie Penny, Driving for Better Business National Highways lead, commented: “It is really exciting for us to have AssetWorks on board as a partner, sharing our vision to see organisations managing their driving activities well, improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability. We are keen to share their good practice thought leadership, and experience, to help all employers manage their drivers and fleets well.”
