All Fleet Services launches smartphone app to keep fleet customers on the move
This universal service, maintenance and repair tool can be adopted and branded by fleet companies to provide instant access to a range of outsourced contact centre solutions services from AFS that will benefit their customers by delivering an efficient driving experience and minimising vehicle downtime.
To differentiate the app in the marketplace, All Fleet Services is also introducing a driver sales function, which will transact with the driver three months prior to contract termination to facilitate and secure the purchase of the vehicle.
The app can be used to:
-Register fleet vehicles
-Import address and contact information
-Access service booking
-Activate location services and find local suppliers
-Call for breakdown emergency assistance
-Trigger glass requests
-A range of interactive notification services are also available on the app to deliver:
-Service, MOT and recall reminders
-Downtime management updates while the vehicle is off-road
