The new AVH system streamlines the booking, management and invoicing processes to provide customers with an easier to use, faster, and more integrated service which, in turn, will make the selection of adapted and wheelchair accessible vehicles easier to organise for corporate, fleet and insurance users.

With the facility to provide a direct interface to customers’ own systems, the new AVH reservation and rental management application can be integrated into an organisation’s own set-up. Enhanced Management Information and greater telephony capabilities also benefit users through an improved customer experience.

'We are continuing to invest in the quality of service and capabilities we offer and this new reservations and operating system offers the best combination of control, flexibility and ease of use, offering our customers the ultimate fleet management and reservation tool,' said newly appointed managing director of AVH, Lorraine Farnon. 'Andy Brown and the team have done a great job of specifying and delivering in a matter of weeks one of the best operating systems I have ever seen in the industry, including a number of unique market leading features that will really benefit our customers and our business.

'This new reservation system puts customer needs first, providing vital speed and cost control advantages, and reflects our ongoing focus on delivering a tailored, cost effective rental service for any business needing adapted vehicles for their own staff and customers.'
