Somerset Bridge Group has extended its partnership with AX to benefit from its accident aftercare and claims handling expertise.

The partnership between the brands stretches back to 2018

The insurance firm, focused on underwriting, broker and claims handling services, has renewed its outsourced partnership for non-fault requirements into 2025 and beyond.

Somerset Bridge partnered with AX for the provision of claims handling, vehicle rental, repair management and total loss expertise in 2018.

Since then, AX has helped the business to achieve its goals for delivering consistently high levels of customer care, meeting its expectations while supporting the brand’s significant growth across the last 12 months.

The partnership between the brands also has helped to ensure fast onward mobility and an efficient repair process for thousands of Somerset Bridge customers through its GoSkippy and Vavista brands.

Lynne Clark, claims operations director at Somerset Bridge, said: “Over the last 12 months, we have seen tremendous growth and AX has consistently demonstrated excellence in service. This has ensured our customers receive the highest level of care and support. We are confident that this renewed agreement will further strengthen our collaboration.

“We are excited to continue working with AX and look forward to achieving even greater milestones together. Our shared commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence remains at the forefront of our partnership.”

Steve Molloy, director of commercial sales at AX, commented: “We are highly motivated to keep evolving our methods to stay at the forefront of our sector and to offer the consistency of customer care that Somerset Bridge expects. As its upwards trajectory continues, we will support its growth in this highly competitive marketplace.”
