SHB has acquired a new site in Nairn, near Inverness in Scotland, enabling it to offer a range of vehicle hire and management services to local firms.

The acquisition provides the firm with a large site complete with six LCV/HGV workshop bays as well as an MOT class 7 station. The Nairn site also offers a large area of land for storage, enabling SHB to offer a range of different types of vehicles, including specialist types.

The new site forms part of the firm’s expansion plan which has seen the addition of new sites in Gloucester and Exeter within the past two years. SHB already has an existing depot within Scotland, located in Airdrie, which has recently expanded its operating times to 24 hours to keep up with customer demands, and is planning for similar success for the new site.
