G3 Vehicle Auctions has recruited two experienced auctioneers, spearheading the launch of its new 14-acre auction facility in Bedford.

Michael Bearder joins as senior auctioneer, bringing 15 years of experience from top industry players such as BCA and Manheim.

Bearder most recently held the position of sales operation manager at BCA, leading the national auctioneer team there, and will use his knowledge to support sales events at both of G3’s auction centres, including the new Bedford facility and the existing Castleford flagship site.

Bearder will be on the rostrum to offer fresh stock from Leasys UK as the headline vendor for G3 Bedford’s Elite Sale on Friday 28 June 2024 at 12pm.

Sam Magee also joins as an LCV auctioneer, with over 17 years of experience in the remarketing industry. He was most recently head of LCV at City Auction Group and also spent 10 years at BCA and seven years as a group auctioneer for Manheim. His appointment supports G3’s plans to create dedicated LCV sale events at both centres.

Magee will be straight onto the rostrum to launch the new LCV-focused sale event at G3 Bedford starting on Wednesday 26 June at 11am with the likes of Dawson Group, Avis and Sanctuary Group on offer.
