It’s a further step up on its previous Gold standard award from the government-backed accreditation body, and puts Ogilvie among the top 1% of UK employers.

In its report, the IIP stated that employees see Ogilvie Fleet as a “great place to work, and that job satisfaction is exemplary within the company”.

The report by the IIP further cements the independent leasing firm’s mission statement, which focuses on delivering excellent customer service; operating with trust, transparency and integrity; being innovative, creative and unique; considering all environments around it; and providing a workplace where people feel safe, appreciated and respected.

Gordon Stephen, Ogilvie Fleet’s MD, said that increasing the IIP accreditation of Ogilvie Fleet from gold to a platinum standard was a huge achievement during a tumultuous year for the industry.

“We have always believed that our people are a core asset in providing our industry-leading customer service. By ensuring all staff members see themselves as integral to the overall success of the company and feel valued as part of a team, we are able to continue to excel as a company, whatever the industry conditions may be,” added Stephen.

The accreditation also builds on Ogilvie’s existing employer awards gained so far in 2022, including a two-star rating in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey, which recognised Ogilvie Fleet as the UK’s best leasing company for employees. It’s now rated it in the top five best business-service-providers to work for in the country.
