Joyce will lead the company as it expands its services and accelerates its role in supporting businesses with flexible mobility solutions and the push to net zero.
His background spans a variety of positions in the mobility and fleet sector, including senior leadership roles at Fleet Hire, SG Fleet and Octopus Electric Vehicles. He is also a board director of the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP).
His appointment follows Sogo’s continued regional expansion, with new key hires strengthening its presence across the UK.
Joyce said: “The company’s commitment to providing innovative and flexible solutions aligns perfectly with the evolving needs of businesses. I look forward to working with the Sogo team and our partners at Cambria Automobiles to drive the next growth phase and help businesses transition to sustainable mobility.”
Sogo Mobility delivers flexible and data-driven leasing solutions, helping fleet managers optimise vehicle choices to lower emissions. Part of Cambria Automobiles, it was one of the first UK leasing providers to invest in carbon offset initiatives and also continues to support businesses in reducing their environmental impact while maintaining operational flexibility.
The company has also developed a data-driven leasing solution that identifies the most environmentally suitable vehicles for specific tasks. Options include battery electric vehicles (BEVs), plug-in hybrids (PHEVs), and the latest-generation internal combustion engine (ICE) models. Fleet managers are provided with lower-emission alternatives based on data-led analysis.
