Line-up revealed for BVRLA’s Fleets in Charge Conference 2025

The BVRLA has revealed details for its Fleets in Charge Conference 2025, which will help provide fleets with some much-needed clarity on the road to decarbonisation.

This year’s event will explore the policy ambition and real-world adoption with timely insights and robust debate

The one-day conference, taking place in Westminster on 2 July, will look at policy and regulation, infrastructure gaps, skills shortages, AI in aftersales, changing consumer behaviour, the used BEV market and new market entrants.

Under the theme ‘Changing Demand or Demanding Change?’, this year’s event will explore the policy ambition and real-world adoption with timely insights and robust debate.

Among the speakers will be Richard Bruce, director of transport decarbonisation at the UK’s Department for Transport. He will be followed by sector voices including Edmund King from the AA, Vicky Edmonds from EVA England, Vicky Read from Charge UK, Lisa Brankin from Ford and Ian Plummer from Auto Trader.

BVRLA chief executive Toby Poston said: “Fleets are leading the way on the EV transition, but they can’t do it alone.

“We are at a pivotal moment. The industry is making huge strides, but it’s doing so against a backdrop of mixed messages, global headwinds and local challenges. Fleets in Charge is where leaders come together to clear the fog and accelerate momentum.”

The full agenda can be accessed via https://fleetsincharge.co.uk/. Sessions will feature interactive Q&As and give delegates the chance to share their views, while networking opportunities will break up the panel discussions and keynotes.

Official partners for Fleets in Charge in 2025 are: Auto Trader, Fleet Assist, the AA, Octopus EV, Echoes, HIVE, Volteras Technologies and Dealer Auction.

Tickets are available to buy online now at £505 + VAT for industry professionals. BVRLA members benefit from a discounted ‘Saver’ rate (£399 + VAT) for a limited time.
