The partnership comes after Lex parent firm Lloyds Banking Group invested £4m in Caura back in January 2023 to enhance customer experience through technological innovation and partnership.
Aimed at drivers but also automotive and fleet firms, Caura brings all driving-related payments together into one place to simplify car admin.
The Caura and Lex partnership transforms the experience of leasing a vehicle. Customers can manage their lease and payments, take care of essential vehicle compliance including motor insurance and motor servicing/ repairs while also managing daily activities including city charges, tolls and parking.
Lex customers approaching their renewal date will also receive exclusive special offers negotiated with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), available exclusively through the app. This allows customers to configure vehicle terms, mileage, and payment profiles. Additionally, users can assess their credit position via a soft search before proceeding with an offer, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
The app also benefits brokers by providing them with rich user data, helping them with targeted marketing opportunities for new lease vehicles.
