Manchester-based Leasing Options has hired Pete White as its new director of online sales, supporting growth plans.

White will be responsible for managing the sales team and is also tasked with growing and optimising the firm’s network of sales channels.

Mike Thompson, chief operating officer at Leasing Options, added: “Leasing Options is at an important and critical point in its history as we are rapidly growing. It’s important that we get the internal structure in place to help nurture the incredible talent we have within the team, while also looking to extend our family further.

“Pete has a real passion for developing talent and growing it within teams which is something we really want to focus on. He will work closely with the senior management team and support us on developing our processes and help us achieve our ambitious plans.”

White brings over a decade of experience from across the motoring trade and most recently worked for north England dealer group RRG Group on its Toyota brands. He also spent 12 years in various roles with the British Army, part of which was training new recruits at Pirbright Army Training Centre.
