JCT600 VLS reports exceptional 300% growth in sal-sac schemes
JCT600 VLS says it’s seeing exceptional growth as a result of increasing demand for salary sacrifice schemes from new and existing customers.
JCT600 VLS is supporting increased sal-sac demand with an expanded customer team and continued updates to its Origo platform
Over the last 12 months, the vehicle funding and fleet management solutions provider has experienced a 300% growth in such schemes, with two in every three new business conversations now exploring employee benefit schemes.
Such high demand has seen the business already add another 11,500 eligible employees to its salary sacrifice platform and it’s supporting this with significant investment in both its systems and its team.
Ben Creswick, managing director, explained: “It was vital that our service levels remain consistently high whilst implementing and launching these new customers, which led us to recruit additional top talent into our salary sacrifice department who are dedicated to consulting, implementing and managing all our salary sacrifice customers.”
He added: “We have continued to develop our Origo platform, as well as enhancing internal processes and adapting internal systems, including changes such as single sign-on functionality – typically through employee benefits providers and engaging with third-party supplier APIs to improve the employee journey, developing what is now a market-leading solution for companies of all sizes.”
The new salary sacrifice team is headed up by Rebecca Eggington who has been with JCT600 VLS for more than four years and has moved from her role as head of implementation to head of retail. She has almost 15 years of industry experience and is responsible for leading the internal team, managing strategic customer relationships, and working with key suppliers and partners that support the operation of salary sacrifice schemes.
The team is on-hand for customers from scheme launch, helping employees understand the mechanics of the scheme and providing best practice guidance on choosing the right vehicle and detailed advice on transitioning to electric vehicles.
Eggington said: “Salary sacrifice schemes need to be flexible and tailored for the business as well as its employees. This is something we pride ourselves on being able to deliver for customers of all sizes. We are currently working with several SMEs and multiple FTSE 100 companies to deliver their salary sacrifice schemes.”
