JCT600 VLS appoints first-ever commercial director to drive strategy
JCT600 Vehicle Leasing Solutions (VLS) has appointed Manjinder (Manny) Singh as commercial director in a newly created role to help drive its customer-focused business strategy forward.

Singh has extensive knowledge of the complex marketplace, with more than 18 years’ experience in the automotive sector working for Zenith and ZenAuto in various commercial and management roles.
In his new role, Singh will work closely with senior management at JCT600 VLS to enhance the company’s approach to managing vehicle pricing and risk, particularly as the used electric vehicle market stabilises.
The position will draw on his wealth of manufacturer knowledge, relationships and industry best practice, ensuring pricing remains consistent and competitive for JCT600 VLS’ customers.
Earlier this year, JCT600 VLS restructured its business to put greater emphasis on customer experience (CX) with a new department dedicated to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and colleague development. In 2024, the provider has completed 20 CX projects, addressing feedback from customers, drivers, and colleagues to implement several impactful changes.

The new commercial director appointment will support and propel the company’s strategy, enabling it to navigate the increasingly complex and competitive marketplace effectively.
