Botfield brings a wealth of experience in management and business within the remarketing, fleet and logistics industry that include former roles at Cap HPI, IT Fleet Automotive and Manheim.

At DMN, he will use his 30+ years of experience in business change and project management to support the ongoing development of the brand as a leading supplier of fleet vehicle solutions.

DMN’s six strategically located depots have improved transport efficiency, reduced carbon footprint and increased storage space while also expanding its pool fleet management operation.

Part of Botfield’s role will be to further expand this area of the business.

Nick Chadaway, managing director at DMN Group, said: “Steve is a well-renowned, highly regarded, industry figure with a wealth of experience across the automotive sector, and we are delighted to welcome him to the DMN team. It’s an exciting time for the business and Steve’s knowledge will help expand our fleet services division.”

Botfield pick up: “I hope to use planning, business development, client relations skills and contacts to maximise the fleet’s services business opportunities and to solidify DMN’s position within the sector.”
