Halfords offers free bike and car checks to emergency workers
NHS and emergency workers can get their cars and bikes checked for free at Halfords for the duration of the coronavirus pandemic.
Emergency workers can benefit from a free 10-point car check, normally worth £15, and a free bike service, normally worth £30, at Halfords
The offer applies at most Halfords retail stores or Autocentre and means workers can benefit from a free 10-point car check, normally worth £15, and a free bike service, normally worth £30.
The car check, which includes top-ups of tyre inflation, screen wash and checks on oil levels, headlights and brake lights, is intended to help keep vital NHS workers’ vehicles on the move at this critical time. All Halfords Autocentres are also offering 10% off any replacement tyres for NHS and emergency workers too.
The Bronze Bike Service includes adjusting and aligning gears and brakes and lubricating a drivetrain.
To redeem the offer, NHS and emergency workers will just need to show their staff ID card to any colleague at a participating Halfords retail store or Autocentre.
