Fleets looking for increased visibility under remote working, says TMC
Businesses and organisations are looking for increased visibility in response to remote working, according to TMC, which has reported a record number of new sign-ups.
TMC added 13 new large businesses to its growing client list in Q4 2020 and also increased the number of drivers using its mileage capture services by over 15% over the last 12 months
TMC added 13 new large businesses to its growing client list in the last quarter of 2020, covering a range of industries including construction, automotive, logistics, retail, food and beverages, technology and pharmaceutical.
TMC has also increased the number of drivers using its mileage capture services by over 15% over the last 12 months – this excludes the July 2020 acquisition of Vertivia Digital Mileage Management.
Paul Hollick, TMC’s managing director, said: “Businesses are looking at managing fleets in a different way, and we are perfectly equipped to ensure they can do this effectively. With increased remote working, visibility is essential to managing a remote fleet well. With our mileage capture service, we take data from the whole fleet supply chain, including telematics, consolidate it and turn it into meaningful insight, providing our clients with the full picture. We are delighted to be delivering our service to an expanding number of businesses and organisations, and we are looking forward to a buoyant 2021.”
