Select Car Leasing’s West Midlands team is expanding to open a brand-new office in Leamington Spa.

The business, one of the UK’s largest independent specialists for car and van leasing, operates across the UK and opened its West Midlands outpost – in Romsley, near Bromsgrove – in October 2021.

Precisely 12 months later, Select West Midlands has cut the ribbon on a new, second, premises in the Tachbrook Park business district of Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

It takes the number of Select staff in the West Midlands from 10 to 12, with the latest recruits being leasing specialists Hugh Roberts and Dan Tissington. The new office also has scope for further growth.

Stephen Hunt, principal at the Select West Midlands Office, said that while the car leasing industry had faced significant challenges in recent months, especially for vehicle availability, there was a sense of optimism.

“Everything we’re hearing, from key figures in the industry, suggests that by the beginning of next year we’ll have returned to normality in terms of supply. And this new investment illustrates our commitment as we look to the future.”
