DMN wins new Motor Auction Group deal

DMN Logistics has secured a new partnership to provide inspect and collect services to Motor Auction Group (MAG) including to its fleet clients.

The deal with DMN supports MAG’s ability to tailor inspect and collect products and services to each customer’s need

The Birmingham-based national vehicle movement and inspection firm has a long-standing relationship with MAG – one of the country’s oldest family-run motor auctions – supporting third-party inspect and collect requirements.

The new deal draws on its in-depth understanding of MAG’s working practices, expectations and aims for an efficient inspect and collect process.

The latest tie-up follows the launch of MAG’s timed remarketing platform.

Zoe Sutton, sales director from MAG, said: “Since launch, we have won several new customers which require an inspect and collect service within their remarketing process.

“Whilst our main aim has always been to drive the best possible return for our customers, flexibility will always be a priority for us and DMN supported our ability to tailor inspect and collect products and services to each customer’s needs.”

DMN Logistics has also tailored its website to meet the requirements of MAG’s fleet clients. The platform features the ability to book, view and follow the progress of all jobs as well as a web chat function between customer support teams.

Nick Chadaway, managing director at DMN Logistics, said: “Working with MAG previously allowed us to demonstrate our practices and helped secure their confidence in us. We are carrying out inspect and collect services for both cars and commercial vehicles, and our extensive driver training in both ICE and EVs ensures we can provide the best standards possible.

“Our Inspect and Collect service offers a seamless vehicle inspection and collection solution, with a real-time, fully configurable damage and charge matrix, tailored to suit our clients’ requirements. Specialist C&D services like ours work to help streamline the process of vehicle movement and offer peace of mind to businesses.”
