The vehicles, which comprise saloon and hatchback models, including the Audi A3 and the Volkswagen Golf, are being supplied on a four-year term, which includes a full maintenance contract.

Caffè Nero’s area managers will use the vehicles to travel between the various outlets for which they are responsible. Senior managers will also use some of the cars when travelling on company business.

As part of the new agreement Lex Autolease has introduced a Whole Life Cost policy for Caffè Nero in relation to its fleet. The policy provides the business with visibility of all running and owning costs associated with the vehicles during the contracted period.

Paul Kennedy, HR director for Caffè Nero, said: ‘We selected Lex Autolease as our new vehicle provider as they showed a good understanding of our fleet requirements, particularly the introduction of a Whole Life Cost policy, which will allow us to identify efficiencies and make cost savings. We have also been impressed with the range of vehicles available under this agreement.’
