AX debuts new tech-driven end-to-end incident management solution
A new technology-driven end-to-end incident management service has launched for fleets and leasing firms, bringing advanced driver behaviour insight and accident risk analysis.
The AX Motor Assist portfolio provides a 360 suite of motoring incident services
The new solution debuts from mobility and incident management specialist AX and draws on its 20 years-plus of experience in managing non-fault accidents on behalf of fleet and leasing companies and franchised dealer groups.
The AX Motor Assist portfolio is based on an automated technology platform and provides a 360 suite of motoring incident services, from windscreen replacement to the whole repair process and total loss management. This includes electric vehicle support for fleets making the transition; AX says it was historically the first provider to guarantee EV for EV in the case of a non-fault accident.
All solutions can be easily tailored in line with business priorities, and AX Motor Assist also offers value-added services and products, including DVLA licence checks, web-based driver risk assessments, in-vehicle driver safety training, fleet safety audits, and management workshops.
The solution can be run as a white-labelled incident management service – helping businesses to cut costs and downtime and grow revenue – or direct by fleets.
Mark Young, AX’s fleet & leasing account director, said: “With the launch of AX Motor Assist, we can offer fleet and leasing companies a complete outsourced incident management and mobility services solution. The aim is to minimise vehicle and driver disruption following an incident and provide a class-leading repair and mobility solution whilst ensuring costs are effectively managed and controlled.”
