Allstar appointed to new Crown Commercial Service fuel cards framework

Allstar Business Solutions has been reappointed to Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Fuel Cards and Associated Services Framework.

The new RM6186 framework helps all public sector entities to buy fuel at forecourts and service stations across a regional and nationwide, and supports public sector organisations as they transition to EVs

The new RM6186 framework replaces the current RM6000 agreement, which ends on 22 March 2022 and helps all public sector entities to buy fuel at forecourts and service stations across a regional and nationwide. It also supports public sector organisations as they transition to electric vehicles.

Allstar’s successful bid for the new framework means that its fuel cards and other associated services will be available to all the customer organisations that fall under the CCS framework.

There is no minimum fleet size for the agreement, which enables fleet managers to control costs, including during the current record high fuel prices, and reduce admin, such as expense claims.

Allstar said its inclusion on the framework brings benefits for public sector organisations, including access to over 7,000 fuel sites, covering 90% of the UK market, reduced fees and charges compared to market prices, and access to over 3,000 low-cost sites through its Supermarket and Discount Diesel networks.

The CCS is part of the UK’s Cabinet Office and manages the procurement of common goods and services by the public sector, helping public sector organisations with similar needs to achieve value by buying as a single customer.
