AA to spotlight incident management best practice in latest webinar

Incident management best practices are to come under focus by the AA’s business services division in a webinar on 31 May at 12pm.

The webinar will look at how productivity and uptime can be further improved through a systematic approach to incident management, which reflects and celebrates businesses’ post-pandemic focus on excellence

The topics will be explored by a panel of expert speakers, including the AA’s president Edmund King, director of business services Gavin Franks and director of fleet & accident management services Stuart Thomas. The webinar will also feature Denise Beedell, public policy manager at Logistics UK, and Tony Murtagh, who is B2B director at Prestige Fleet Servicing.

It’s the next webinar in the ‘The AA Talks’ series and will also mark the launch of its latest yellow paper, focused on ‘Incident management: an end-to-end experience’ and looking at the benefits of a streamlined approach.

The AA’s Gavin Franks said: “The resilience businesses of all shapes and sizes have shown over the past couple of years has been incredible and we all continue to face economic and societal challenges head on.

“We understand operating fleets can be complex and time-consuming, so anything that can be done to increase business uptime and streamline costs will support fleets further. That’s why we’re looking at the topic of incident management now, as rethinking this area of fleet management presents a significant opportunity for us all.”
