The Newtown, Powys-based company is using the new Relay alongside two other identical Citroen dropsides in an intensive, high-mileage, UK-wide delivery operation, which could soon be expanded to include Europe.

Our experience has shown that they are cheap to insure, easy to maintain and remain trouble free with excess of 200,000 miles on the clock. Despite high speed, full load operation they are also very economical, returning up to 29mpg, which is near enough a 100% fuel economy improvement over our previous vehicles.'

Purchased from Citroen dealer Budgen Motors, Telford, the Relay, like its two fleet mates, will be maintained in-house by Contact Attachments. The company uses genuine Citroën parts and approved lubricants, and services its vehicles overnight.
