Dubbed “Zenith Work:Life”, the solution is provided by Aviva and uses an online portal to bring salary and benefits information together in one place, enabling employees to easily view and select from available options.

The package includes an employee share scheme, a company pension, company cars, private health care, dental insurance, a bike to work scheme and childcare vouchers, with employees able to opt in and out of benefits online to suit their lifestyle needs. They have access to additional perks such as discounted gym membership, insurance products, shopping discounts and cash back offers. A total reward statement provides a breakdown of the value of benefits. Employees can also track their pension performance through the platform.
