The contract hire and fleet management specialist topped the category that recognises service to fleet operators with more than 250 vehicles as part of nine different Experteye fleet and automotive award categories in total

Zenith’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2013 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

Fleet operators are surveyed independently by Experteye, who ask an extensive range of questions on a monthly basis. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

Tim Buchan, Zenith’s chief executive officer, commented: ‘Fleeteye forms one part of our ongoing bid to have the highest service levels within the leasing industry. These CSI surveys help us to benchmark our service against competitors and continually evolve our proposition, in line with the market. The award represents a commitment to customer service levels across the whole of the Zenith business and we will look to continually improve on these results throughout 2014.’
