West Midlands Police has extended its ongoing partnership with Opus Claim Solutions, building on the firms’ 25-year partnership.

The police force first signed up Opus Claim Solutions in 1994 as its preferred motor Uninsured Loss Recovery company to support its 1,500-vehicle strong fleet; it’s now the longest-standing client at Opus.

Commenting on the latest contract with West Midlands Police, Opus Claim Solutions managing director Graham Ross said: “Loyalty, relationships and commitment matter to the Opus Claim Solutions team and that’s why, once our clients find us and experience first-hand the difference we make, they remain with us.
