VWFS | Fleet has expanded its fleet team with a new head of fleet corporate service position.

The new role has been created to focus on service enhancement and customer satisfaction and has been assumed by Gavin Jones, who brings 20 years’ previous experience in a variety of senior operational and customer-facing roles for leasing and fleet management providers.

Jones said: “I am looking forward to supporting our team to deliver the best-in-class service to our new and existing customers and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
