Volvo launches ‘one stop shop’ online hub for fleets

Dubbed ‘Fleet Hub’, the website is dedicated to all Volvo business drivers and fleet managers and provides a platform to source information and support.

The new website forms part of Volvo’s ongoing work to continuously improve its fleet offering to make its customers’ lives easier and follows on from Volvo’s Co-Pilot programme, which ran last year to offer guidance for SMEs looking to run their vehicles more efficiently.

The hub comprises three main sections: fleet factsheets, CO2 for business and industry news.

Fleet Factsheets

When visitors click on the factsheets tab, they will be directed to a list of helpful links which offer advice on Volvo-specific engine details and things to be aware of including returning a lease car, travelling abroad and winter driving advice.

CO2 for Business

This page is a dedicated breakdown of the current CO2 figures businesses need to be aware of which has implications on things like Company Tax Allowances and Lease Rental Restrictions.

Volvo/industry stories

For Volvo customers, or prospect customers looking to partner with Volvo, this section highlights the most up-to-date news from the manufacturer. Readers can click on stories covering Volvo’s latest award wins, case studies and industry comments.

Selwyn Cooper, head of vusiness sales for Volvo Car UK, commented: “We have created the Fleet Hub page so customers, whether they are existing ones or prospects, can bookmark this page and keep up to date with key industry updates and Volvo news.

“There are lots of useful facts and figures uploaded on to the site, along with topical stories and articles from our partnership with The Telegraph. Whether you need to find out what CO₂ implications might affect your vehicle choice or a guide on tax bands, visit the site and you’ll be able to easily navigate your way through the user-friendly set-up to find the answers!”
