The manufacturer says its offers include deposit contributions towards its low-rate finance offers for new vans and preferential servicing packages for used ones.

The news follows the announcement by the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, that he is working with van manufacturers to provide new van discounts for van and minibus drivers affected by the tighter standards that will be applied to the London Low Emission Zone (LEZ) from 3 January 2012.

The revised LEZ rules affect more vehicle types than before and also tighten the required emissions standards to a minimum of Euro III. The regulations now cover vans, pick-ups and other specialist conversions, weighing over 1205kg unladen up to a gross vehicle weight of 3500kg, registered before 1 January 2002.
