ViSN platform to cut fleet repair times with new data integration

Digital Innk has enhanced its new ViSN fleet management platform with integrated HaynesPro OE SMR data to provide an automatic authorisation tool.

The new data integration will save time and improve the accuracy of repair estimation

The automotive solutions provider said the move will save time and improve the accuracy of repair estimation.

The ViSN platform connects drivers, fleets and third-party suppliers, providing support for any form of fleet car servicing requirement, from tyres to repair.

Supported by the new integration, the system offers enhanced levels of automation that can be configured in real-time by the user. Digital Innk says it has up to 99% repair coverage and vehicle-specific repair catalogues, ensuring labour time is always correctly calculated for the vehicle.

CEO Angela Montacute commented: “ViSN is a truly live platform that allows for greater transparency and ownership of activities. Tools like live chat, live document and image uploads mean the relationship between leasing and fleet management companies, fleet managers and repairers has never been closer.

“Our integration with HaynesPro provides an accurate, real-time estimation service that automates and speeds up the process.”

ViSN also employs intelligent network allocation to ensure vehicles reach the most appropriate supplier, while both users and suppliers benefit from customer-specific pricing agreements thanks to modular menu and catalogue pricing functionality.

Granular management information also provides users with a range of data, from live statistics to enhanced vehicle off-road reporting, to capture downtime.

The new HaynesPro OE SMR integration is the latest development for ViSN, which secured a seven-figure investment last month to support the rapid roll-out of the technology, initially in the UK but with global plans too.

The platform is intended to shake up the market with a broader ecosystem of tools than those offered by established players, and Digital Innk says it will take an aggressive approach to grow market share by delivering new technologies and competitive pricing models.
