Utilities firm drives brand image with Škoda fleet
Complete Utilities has taken delivery of the first vehicles under a new fleet deal with Škoda.
The civil engineering and utilities firm runs a fleet of more than 360 vehicles to cover its core servicing areas in the Midlands and South West, and approached a number of manufacturers when it came to updating its fleet.
Following road tests and comparisons, the company said it was the Škoda brand that provided it with cost-saving efficiencies and safety features while the carmaker’s striking Rallye Green colour was an exact match to its corporate colour, reinforcing its sustainability focus.
Complete Utilities has now taken delivery of three Škoda Fabia models and an Octavia vRS with plans to increase numbers further once its current fleet comes to the end of its cycle.
Henry Williams, Škoda head of fleet, commented: “We are delighted that the first cars are with Complete Utilities. The Octavia vRS is our high-performance model that not only looks fantastic but its drive quality will really make it stand out. We look forward to building on this new partnership over the coming years.”
