Taking place on 7 September at the Ardencote Manor Hotel near Warwick, the communication’s briefing is the company’s first and will see the launch of new initiatives, including campaign materials for this October’s tyre safety month, the organisation’s new website and a range of online resources.

Additionally, attendees will hear presentations from two TyreSafe members on key topics that will impact significantly on the industry over the coming 12 months. The first will be from the Highways Agency who will provide an outline about their revised road safety remit and how companies can work with the organisation to improve road safety.

The second presentation will be from Tyresure, a longstanding member of TyreSafe, who will provide a briefing about the impending legislative changes regarding tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS).

Stuart Jackson, chairman, TyreSafe, said: ‘This is a great opportunity for anyone in the tyre and wider automotive industry or road safety professionals to understand what TyreSafe does, how we work with our partners and understand what’s available to them and how they can become involved.’

Anybody wishing to attend the free event can do so by registering with TyreSafe by calling 01787 226995.
