The company has recently won salary sacrifice contracts with major organisations, including North Yorkshire County Council, Northumbrian Water and Freshfields LLP, which collectively cover more than 35,000 employees. Now it is taking on additional staff to cope with the level of extra work and enquiries.

Joining the business as client services executives are Claire Feasey, who joins from Thrifty Car Rental where she was national account supervisor, and Charlotte Kitchener, who joins from energy supplier, Suregas.

At the same time financial manager Bryan Davies, ACMA, who has been with the company for eight years, has been promoted to financial controller in recognition of increased responsibility within the business, while the IT development team has been bolstered by two new arrivals, Imran Khan and David Sloan, who join as IT developers.

Tusker managing director David Hosking said: 'Such has been the demand and interest in our salary sacrifice scheme, SS4C, that we have had to invest in additional resource in key areas of the business. As a result, we are delighted to welcome these new starters to the business, and to recognise Bryan’s new appointment, as we staff up to meet our continued expansion.'
