Claire Pacey (Inset), joins the company from Zenith Provecta where she worked for seven years and was most recently operations manager.

In her new role she will be responsible for all aspects of in-life vehicle contracts, including re-calculations, early terminations, manufacturer discounts and contract changes, and will head up a department of three.

'We have decided to centralise this function within one department rather than making contractual changes on an individual account and piecemeal basis,' said Pacey. @PREVIEWEND@
