Integrated telematics technology from Trakm8 is being used by public and private works contractor The HW Martin Group of Companies to provide an all-encompassing solution for its mixed fleet.

Trakm8 Asset provides an all-in-one solution

The Derbyshire-based Group is deploying Trakm8 Asset across its fleet of cars, commercial vehicles and heavy plant as it looks to improve fleet safety and MPG through driver behaviour analytics and streamline operations.

Geoff Kearsley of Martin said: “Trakm8 Asset fulfils our criteria for a single, unified telematics system that enabled us to track and trace our vehicles and our plant equipment.

“We looked at several systems, but selected Trakm8 because of the account management and after-sales support that it provides. We also like the fact that the technology is designed and made in Britain – we have access to technical support direct from the factory.”
