Tracker appoints Steve Whittaker as police liaison manager

Steve Whittaker has joined Tracker as police liaison manager, bringing more than 30 years’ expertise in tackling serious organised crime.

He will work under head of police liaison Clive Wain, bringing valuable insights to the Tracker team, including on vehicle crime and organised crime networks.

Whittaker spent a combined 32 years in Leicestershire and South Yorkshire Police, working his way up to the role of detective chief inspector.

During this time, he led numerous multi-agency crime reduction initiatives and also spent time working as a senior investigating officer in charge of numerous homicide investigations.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help support the innovative ways we are building new commercial partnerships as well as broader collaboration with the police at a local, regional and national level.
