Total Motion moves to new Leicester premises to drive growth plans

The firm said the move is indicative of latest growth and its plans to continue driving forward its business, services and reputation of the UK’s leading vehicle leasing and fleet management firm.

Simon Hill, managing director, said: “We’re really pleased with the new premises and feel we now have a great hub which will allow us to continue to grow, while supporting our clients and team over the coming years.”

The firm is also recruiting new team members to support the continued business growth. With an ambitious target turnover of £50m within the next three years, Simon Hill expects an additional 60 employees will be required and Total Motion is already looking for 15 new recruits to join the team.

Latest recruits include national sales manager, Andy Riley, who brings 20 years of experience in the fleet industry, including his previous role as commercial sales manager at Northgate Fleet Management.

In addition, with 18 years’ fleet experience, Simon Leitch has taken on the role as national new business development manager.

Total Motion has also agreed an extra investment of £5m in software development to enhance its support systems, responsiveness and service levels even further, to be rolled out later this year.
