Under the leadership of a newly appointed operations director Lewis Edge, the Birmingham-based firm has reported strong growth in sales, enquiries and customer retention and conversation.

This has been achieved through a number of key business operation changes, including improved training to sales staff to push less sales and provide more help and advice to give a personal service; keeping on top of fleet management services; improving client retentions to increased level of services and better turnaround times, and sourcing a larger and more reliable network of new cars.

The firm also credits its sales growth to improvements to the website and more customer information being made available as well as visibility of the brand through wider marketing channels.

As a result of the combined improvements TFS says it’s now able to provide one of the widest selections of lease cars from a single broker network.

It’s also planning to expand on its core services over the next year to become a leading car leasing broker in UK.
