The latest agreement ensures that TCH Leasing’s salary sacrifice solution, TCH Salsa is now available to all eligible organisations that are part of the framework. This covers all UK contracting Authorities, including, but not limited to government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, Local Authorities, Police Authorities and Fire Authorities.

This framework enables public sector authorities to establish their salary sacrifice car schemes as part of their employee benefits packages and follows the previous framework, which covered May 2012 to May 2016.

Mark Hammond, managing director of TCH Leasing, said: “Our salary sacrifice solution, TCH Salsa has been a great success and has added value and savings to employees within the public sector since we launched it in 2010. To be awarded a place for a second time on the new Mid-and-West Wales Fire framework agreement is a testimony to the values of the TCH Salsa solution and the benefits it delivers employees and employers alike.”
