New appointment at Swarco Smart Charging to help drive workplace charging

Tom Davies has joined Swarco Smart Charging as strategic business development manager.

The role is based in the commercial sales team and Davies’ primary remit is the workplace charging sector, as well as account managing Swarco’s work with government departments and key clients in Greater Manchester.

He brings two and a half years’ experience in the EV charging industry and will help businesses looking to go electric.

“My goal is to help drive the UK to an electric future. I am passionate about transport and its significant role in global warming and climate change. This motivates me every day to help Swarco capitalise on the transition to electric charging.”

Davies added: “I believe in our products and services and can’t wait to see what we can achieve.

“The freedom and responsibilities in this new role were very attractive to me, as well as furthering my skills and knowledge in the industry. Not only do I enjoy selling Swarco’s products, but I am also an avid user, I believe the user experience is the best on the market.”
