Stephen Hammond to be replaced as transport minister
Mr Hammond has been sacked as Parliamentary Undersecretary of State for Transport alongside cabinet minister Ken Clarke and chief whip Sir George Young.
Mr Hammond’s replacement has not yet been announced but the Cabinet reshuffle is expected to see a increased number of women appointed.
