Shoreham Vehicle Auctions scoops two accolades at Adur & Worthing Business Awards

The Lancing-based auction house joined other south coast businesses for the ceremony in Worthing, receiving both awards from television presenter Nick Wallis on the night.

Shoreham has been recognised for doubling turnover, vastly increasing profit, tripling staff levels from 20 to 60 and increasing weekly average vehicle sales from 150 per week to more than 500 on average. Furthermore, overall vehicle sales have increased 45% since managing director Alex Wright acquired the business in 2010.

Reflecting on Shoreham’s double award win, Wright said: “We are honoured to have received two awards from Worthing and Adur Chamber of Commerce, the Shoreham Herald and the Adur and Worthing councils; it’s testament to the hard work put in by the entire Shoreham team, who constantly provide an honest and transparent service to our local buyer base.”
