The FleetActive service is designed to help reduce the frequency of accidents involving fleet vehicles and drivers, and minimises the hidden costs from replacement vehicle hire charges, loss of customer service standards and replacement drivers.

Drivers' skills and capabilities can be improved with a range of development packages, workshops and "Behind the Wheel" driver coaching courses, such as fuel-efficiency training.

Psychometric testing for fleet drivers is conducted to identify those who are at the greatest risk of an accident while licence checking can ensure that drivers are appropriately qualified and do not have a high number of points or penalties.   

Advice can be provided on the best use of technology such as "in-vehicle" cameras and vehicle tracking services that capture data and provide clear evidence about specific road accidents or driver behaviour. Finally, tracking tools can be used to improve scheduling, ensuring the most efficient use of the fleet.
