RoadHawk launches ‘most premium dash cam available’

The HD-2 uses a action camera chipset that provides Super HD images and is capable of by recording at 1080p at 60 frames per second. Footage is further improved through electronic image stabilisation, ensuring that video is uninterrupted and legible even on the roughest of road surfaces.

The new model also brings High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology to reduce glare in particularly bright conditions such as driving towards low sunshine, while also providing extremely detailed images at night time.

As with all RoadHawk dash cams, the HD-2 has GPS technology however the latest release has been improved to supply the one of the most accurate GPS sensors on the market to help strengthen evidence in the event of an accident.

The HD-2 has an automatic shock sensor that measures any impact to the vehicle. When a shock is detected, the camera will log the file as an event, making it easy to find and review should you need to send it to an insurer, police, or use in a court of law.

Events can also be manually activated, either using the ‘E’ button on the rear of the camera or by using the optional remote event trigger.

The HD-2 will be fully compatible with mounting and power solutions for previous models.
