Renault announces updates to Captur range

Renault has made a number of specification and option changes to the Captur, including the launch of a new engine/gearbox combination.

Under the changes, the 1.2-litre TCe 120 engine is now offered with a six-speed manual gearbox as well as the existing dual-clutch EDC gearbox. Priced from £16,575, the new powertrain is available from the Dynamique Nav level and above and provides official combined fuel consumption of 51.4mpg with CO2 emissions of 125g/km.

Other changes to the Captur see the launch of a new special edition version of the Captur – the Iconic Nav Special Edition – which receives exclusive Arctic White pearlescent paint with Diamond Black two-tone body colour with blue roof and door mirror decals as standard, along with bespoke exterior and interior styling features and Renault’s Grip Xtend traction control system including Mud and Snow Tyres.

Finally, Captur buyers can now choose from a new two-tone body colour comprising Flame Red metallic paint with Diamond Black roof on Dynamique Nav and Dynamique S Nav versions, along with a red interior touch pack.
