Range Rover releases details of new Evoque

By / 14 years ago / Latest News / No Comments

The Evoque is a three-door model with a footprint similar to a Volkswagen Golf, and will be offered in both front and four-wheel drive. A five-door version is also in the pipeline.

Range Rover is claiming that the front-wheel-drive version will offer CO2 emissions of less than 130g/km, making it the cleanest model the brand has ever built by a huge margin.

It is expected that it will be powered by the 2.2-litre start-stop-equipped turbodiesel engine currently used in its sister car, the Land Rover Freelander.

More details will be available when the car makes its debut at the Paris Motor Show this September.
