QBE sign up to FMG’s incident management services for motor fleet customers
The contract will see FMG provide end-to-end delegated claims management services for QBE’s portfolio of UK motor fleet customers and will work with QBE, its brokers and customers to improve incident reporting times and optimise the entire claims management life-cycle.
As part of the deal, FMG will provide a 24/7/365 first notification of loss solution, UK-wide repair management and a comprehensive suite of third-party capture services.
