Autoglass and QBE Insurance have signed an expanded three-year partnership that will provide new digital customer service enhancements.

The deal builds on the firms’ existing work on vehicle glass and replacement, including for specialist vehicles or fleets, and will also cover a range of joint initiatives that will serve to enhance customer experience though the use of digital technology and insurance broker channel.
