The deal follows a tender exercise that saw Prudential look for a partner offering a scheme that fitted in with the company’s culture as well as being competitively priced.

John Wills, fleet manager at Prudential, said: ‘We have built up a strong business rapport with Leasedrive and have been particularly impressed with the functionality of the mycar website. With 2,400 eligible employees, it has helped to significantly reduce the administrative burden of running the scheme while colleagues have found the web quoting system, to compare and select a vehicle, easy to use.’

Roddy Graham, commercial director at Leasedrive, added: ‘We have worked closely with Prudential to publicise the car salary sacrifice to its employees. Communicating the offer in the right way to make for a compelling employee experience is a key ingredient in the car salary sacrifice mix. Now engaged Prudential employees can benefit from the use of a more fuel efficient, low CO2 emitting, fully serviced and maintained new car, backed by comprehensive insurance and accident management, at a fixed budgeted monthly cost.’
