Prices revealed for Volvo V60 Cross Country

Volvo’s new V60 Cross Country is now available to order, adding all-road capability and more rugged styling to the standard estate model launched this summer.

Priced at £38,270, the V60 Cross Country – which provides a rival to the Audi A4 Allroad –features an extra 60mm of ground clearance and a bespoke chassis and suspension alongside standard all-wheel drive. It also builds on its off-road credentials with standard Hill Descent Control, Electronic Stability Control, Corner Traction Control and a special Off-Road driving mode.

Styling builds on the standard V60 with including lower grille, wheelarch extensions, sill mouldings and a “Cross Country” embossed rear bumper.

It’s powered by a 187bhp D4 diesel engine with eight-speed automatic transmission, offering an official combined fuel economy of up to 55.4mpg, with CO2 emissions from 135g/km on the standard 18-inch wheels.

Equipment includes Sensus touchscreen control system, satellite navigation, 10-speaker sound system and the Volvo On Call connected services platform while safety features include City Safety with automatic emergency braking.

Deliveries to customers are expected during the first quarter of 2019.
